Activités du poste

·         Superviser les programmes de sécurité pour prévenir les accidents les blessures et les incidents,

·         Veiller à ce que les activités de l’entreprise soient menées en conformité avec les règlementations environnementales et les meilleures pratiques,

·         Veiller à la prévention des pollutions et des impacts négatifs sur l’environnement,

·         S’assurer que l’entreprise se conforme aux lois et règlementations en vigueur dans le secteur de la construction pour les hôtels,

·         Avoir un rôle clé dans la sensibilisation sur les questions de santé, de sécurité, et d’environnement,

·         Organiser des sessions de formation et développer des supports de sensibilisation,

·         Communiquer sur les politiques et procédures de l’entreprise en matière HSE,

·         Encourager une culture de sécurité et de responsabilité environnementale au sein de l’organisation.

Compétences requises

 Bac+5 en QHSE, bonnes connaissances des normes ISO

Minimum 6 ans dans un rôle similaire.

Responsible for provision storage conditions monitoring. Control expiry dates of provision;

Responsible for laundry activities and housekeeping of accommodation, provision stores rooms, laundry and galley;

Résumé

Vous participez grâce à votre expertise dans des projets de construction ou rénovation en hôtellerie ou de shopping mall etc. Vous assurez la qualité des rendus, les offres et les livrables de phase des projets dont vous avez la charge. Également, votre rôle sera d’assurer le développement de projets en intégrant les volets techniques, financiers, commerciaux et managériaux des opérations de Bâtiments. Également, l’une de vos missions est d’assurer la coordination avec les différentes parties prenantes et le suivi de chantier.

Responsabilités et tâches

·         Assurer la liaison avec les clients pour veiller à ce que les besoins soient satisfaits et qu'une bonne relation soit maintenue à tout moment, aider, le cas échéant, à développer de nouvelles activités de gestion de projets et de gestion de contrats.

·         Gérer des projets de construction/rénovation/extension, avec une vaste expérience dans le domaine résidentiel (construction d'hôtels, rénovation, etc.), y compris dans le management des équipes de gestion de la construction, l'organisation du site, l'organisation des documents, la sécurité, le contrôle de la qualité, la gestion des contrats et la gestion budgétaire.

·         Mettre en œuvre sur les chantiers le système de gestion de la qualité du projet, les outils associés, les processus et des procédures afin de garantir que les activités du chantier soient contrôlées et surveillées de manière appropriée en vue d'une progression satisfaisante des livrables et en conformité avec les normes du groupe du client.

·         Participer à l'amélioration continue du système de gestion de la qualité du groupe client et des processus de gestion de projet.

·         Gérer directement les équipes de projet afin de garantir les résultats en matière de gestion de la qualité dans les phases de pré-construction, de construction, de mise en service, de réception et de post-construction.

·         Veiller à ce que les niveaux de ressources sur le(s) projet(s) soient appropriés en termes de nombre et de niveau de compétences des employés.

·         Assurer la gestion globale de son (ses) équipe(s), y compris le recrutement, l'encadrement, la gestion des performances et le soutien des membres de l'équipe.

Responsibility and authority


Key tasks and responsibilities:


Operate and maintain the Unit's Hospital, Medical and First Aid facilities;

Examine injured/ sick personnel, provide first aid and basic medical care;

Communicate with the shore based medical facilities to obtain medical assistance or advice;

Assist to arrange evacuation of sick/ injured person (Medevac);

Maintain records of injuries and diseases. Maintain drug issue records;

Ensure sufficient stock of medicine, control expiry dates of medicines and order replenishment as necessary;

Ensure controlled drugs are stored in accordance with the procedure;

Ensure correct disposal of out of date drugs;

Check that all core crew members arriving onboard have a valid medical certificates;

Perform periodic audits of provision, potable water, galley and accommodation hygiene and housekeeping;

Perform provision inspection upon receiving it from the shore;

Liaise with OIM and Camp Boss to review food and nutrition quality, to ensure that healthy eating options are available;
